Biography of the founder of Life’s Second Chance Foundation

The Life’s Second Chance Foundation was established in 2004 by Mrs. Wossene Tiruneh Bowler, an Ethiopian by birth. She was a C.M.L. leukemia patient who got a second chance to live thanks to GOD and the help of modern health facilities in United States of America, where she now resides. She is the founder of this foundation as well as the promoter and developer of the LSCF hospital project in the town of Sheno, Ethiopia.
