The main objective of the foundation is to build an Oncology Referral, Training and Research hospital in a town called Sheno in Ethiopia. The main hospital building is a 4-story complex consisting of 4 outpatient departments (medical, surgical, gynecological and pediatric) with a well-equipped laboratory, X-ray, and pharmacy. There will be specialized pathology and hematology departments (for both out and inpatients). The plan is to have 270 beds in the main wards and 70 in the therapy and long stay wards. The training and research center will house dormitories and supporting services such as bulk storage, central food preparation, a staff lounge, cafeteria and staff residences, for resident, volunteer, and sponsored medical personnel.
