The Women's Rehabilitation Center will be established to support those who have no resources. It could provide them job opportunities within the hospital. It could also help the nearby community by tracking job opportunities for women, youth and the disadvantaged poor section of society.

The Women's Rehabilitation Center will consist of handicrafts workshops. The center will be developed in three phases. Income for establishing and also running the center at the initial phase will be financed by the hospital. Therefore, the first phase will start after the hospital construction is completed and starts to function. Then the other two phases will be built from the center's own sources. The Women's center will also undertake all of the mending and sewing works of the hospital. Women in the town will be employed in different sections of the hospital to earn their living also. All administrative works for supporting women will be undertaken by this center.
